Providence made this couple my neighbors, proximity made us friends, persistence brought an invitation...and without them, I wouldn't have had an assistant for the afternoon photoshoot.  Hehe!  So glad for the friendship of this pair!

We are definitely looking forward to continuing to celebrate this new life with them in the coming months.

What you see above is evidence of the direct hand of God working in the lives of two people!  It brought me giddyness to get to work on these images yesterday! 

Sue has been my friend for about two years with whom I have shared several journeys, including our travels from last summer.  She is a dear friend!

Over the past few months, God was preparing Sue for a new journey.  Now I am excited to get to watch and share in her excitement as her journey begins with Dave.  As I have had the opportunity to spend time and giggle with them, it is very clear to me that this relationship was meant to be...from the beginning of time.

I love to travel, anywhere...down the road, across the state, to state/national parks, where ever someone will go with me.   So when I was asked to go to Los Angeles, a place I'd never been, I thought about it for approximately 2 seconds before agreeing.  It was an adventure I will treasure forever, but my favorite spot along the journey was Santa Monica.

Beautiful Brooke

Brooke is such a blessing in my life!  I am thankful that our homegroup brought us together 3 1/2 years ago!  Now I have been able to celebrate life events (see the wedding events posted previously in this blog) with her, which I enjoy so much.  Soon we will be rejoicing over the arrival of Peyton Elizabeth!! This weekend, I talked Brooke into letting me capture her beautiful self to remember this journey to Peyton.  I am so glad she allowed me this opportunity.  As I clicked the button, I giggled inside at how much beauty I could see....from the inside out! I heart her.

Meet Nick and Elizabeth!  This sweet couple has been a part of my community for about a year.  It has been a blessing to get to know them a little more each week.  It is exciting to share this special time in their life now.  They are expecting their first child in May!  I look forward to meeting the new member of their family.
