Well, in this case it was the tulips and many other spring flowers! I enjoyed spending the afternoon at the Arboretum during Dallas Blooms with these precious girls. They are just nearly family and I am quite proud of them! It not only brought me joy to watch them run and play, but also to capture a few of the moments in photographs.

This has to be one of the cutest expressions I've seen in recent memory. Of course, he tugs at my heart on most days, so I guess it is to be expected. He was such a willing participant in this little photo shoot despite the sun in his eyes.

Monday, I found "the best kept secret in East Texas". Mrs. Lee's Daffodil Garden is located between Tyler and Gladewater. I completely enjoyed spending the afternoon outside with the warm sun, breeze, spring flowers, and my Nana. It was the 74th day of the year...
